How long does a memorial order usually take from approval to installation?

We try our absolute best to keep you informed periodically by email or verbally about your order. If you have not heard from us in 7 business days, please call us on 020 3003 4855 or email us on info@sandalwoodmemorials.co.uk

Can I make changes or cancel after placing my order?

You are able to cancel your order with a small penalty. You will be advised of the penalty at the time of order, in writing.

What affects the lead time for a new memorial?

Lead times depend on the specific memorial and material. As a guide, most standard made-to-order memorials take around 4 to 5 months from when your deposit has been paid and we have confirmed receipt of payment. Some more unusual or bespoke designs can take 4 to 6 months or longer, whilst stock memorials already in the UK are often ready in around 6 to 8 weeks or sooner. We will confirm the most accurate timeframe for your order when we prepare your quotation.
