Custom Memorials

As memorials are custom-made to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable. We work closely with you throughout the design and production process to ensure you are satisfied with your memorial before it is completed.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel or amend your order with a small penalty, provided the stone hasn't been manufactured or inscribed. You will be advised of any penalty at the time of order, in writing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Craftsmanship Issues

Your trust matters to us. If any issue arises due to craftsmanship or error, we will work with you to resolve it promptly, including offering a refund or correction where appropriate.
