Sandalwood memorials.
Looking for a memorial for Dad and Mum, was a daunting and depressing task to take on.
However, I came across Sandalwood memorials on google, and I’m so glad that I did, as the task became easier to deal with.
Their prices were also very good in comparison to other companies.
The team, especially, Minora, were very patient and helpful, as I was very particular with getting the colour and style right. I wanted it to be perfect.
They assisted me with, showing me many variations of samples colours and real life photos of their previous work, until I was satisfied !
I was kept informed throughout all the stages, from beginning to end.
When it was laid, I loved it, and was very happy with the end result. My family and friends loved it too.
It was just perfect for mum and dad.
I would highly recommend Sandalwood Memorials for their professional, efficient and friendly warm service.
The workmanship of the memorial was also outstanding.

SM memorials were amazing from the start to the finish.
Talked me through every step of the process. Always very professionsal and excellent customer service and care. I had a bad experience from a previous memorial company where I was kept waiting for over a year just for engraving. I gave up with them. However, Sandalwood Memorials from start until finsh were prompt in delivery of their promise and had it done and dusted within a few months and it looks beautiful. My dear friend fimally got the engraving on her headstone that she deserved.
I'm quite emotional but happy.

The service I received from Minora from the moment I entered was very warm and inviting, she went through everything and made life so much easier at such a traumatic time, I am so great full for the attention to detail for the memorial for my Mother.

The moment I met Minora I knew that she and her team would be the people I would entrust to create the most beautiful gravestone that I could have imagined to honour my beloved father. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Minora would always respond quickly to any queries I might have had with the greatest warmth and professionalism. Minora, Fenix, and Phil were quite remarkable and I am so grateful to them for making what is no doubt a challenging time into a very beautiful and special experience.

From the very first phone call to the final interaction with Sandalwood Memorials, it has been a calm and pleasant journey. Fenix and Minora were fully professional but yet so kind, supportive and empathic. They took time to listen and to work to our needs and specifications and the quality and finish of final product was so amazing. We really couldn't have expected better.
